While we offer “Business Coaching” (Click Here to be directed to Business Coaching) that uses the High Impact Team’s Model, our tailored workshops are designed to be a very short-term, issue specific intervention that further promotes the wellbeing of a family or organization rather than the complete evaluation and journey required in our full business coaching designs.
Why Use Workshops?
Families and organizations including businesses have many very important common threads. They each have to do with relationships, organization, and clear follow through of their primary missions. Anytime you have more than one person trying to work or live together, you will have all kinds of variation between harmony and disharmony. What better method to strengthen families and organizations than to have workshops that utilize interactive and fun challenge games as the platform to experience and learn better ways of connection and functioning.
How Does It Work?
Here at Green Wave we have certified ropes course instructors who tailor workshops and “funshops” to the specialized topics of need. This is an outreach service for families and businesses offered on location or at unique facilities. The purpose is to bring families or businesses together to resolve current issues, if needed, and strengthen skills to better reach balanced goals in a creative, safe, and fun atmosphere. Basically, our certified ropes course facilitators use “edutainment” activities to develop and customize a fun picnic, trip or workshop with a purpose.
